2004 AFBPC Coach of the Year

Susan Block, President and Founder of The Association of Fitness By Phone Coaches gave the following introduction to Tiffany Crate at the Awards Ceremony on November 13, 2004:

"The 2004 FBP Coach of the Year was a natural choice. She is the epitome of the ultimate professional and exudes success and leadership in all she does. She signed on 10 FBP clients during her CIT program and continued to garner new clients every month. Since then, she has consistently built her FBP business with the same gusto, passion and results.

Well, stay out of this FBP Coach's way!!!!

Some of her accomplishments that set her apart from the other fitness professionals in her community and within our organization are her marketing and press efforts and her leadership roles she takes in her community within the Chicago area as well as the tremendous leadership roles she has taken within the FBP Community. She's been featured in the Chicago Tribune on her FBP business after sending a press release announcing her being named 2003 FBP Coach Rookie of the Year; she was featured in Career World as an example of an entrepreneurial, self-employed fitness coach. And, her article on Athletic and Health Clubs was published in the Encyclopedia of Chicago History. Her monthly newsletter, The Good Life, promotes solid content as well as teleclasses on nutrition, intuitive eating, motivation, and menopause. This FBP leader is a true marketing genius. Her marketing efforts teach us all about the level of professionalism and consistency that are required to yield results.

In addition, she still finds time to help other FBP Coaches learn from her efforts and help the Association grow. She serves as a Marketing Master Trainer presenting on our weekly Live FBP Coach Teleconference Calls on how to successfully convert personal training clients to FBP, she has served on all three task forces or panels we have put together including the Get Fit Now Exercise CD Training course, the Fitness Generator Panel, and is currently leading the Strength Training Panel to design a more comprehensive training program and product system for FBP Coaches and their clients. She has volunteered to provide testimonials on our free teleclasses to the general fitness professional community. Her leadership and communication skills have been nothing but professional and inspiring.
