To get the results you want from traditional personal training, you would need to meet with a trainer 3-5 times per week, which gets to be expensive (ex., $80 x 3-5 per week = $960 - $1,600 per month). Fitness By Phone®, by contrast, takes away that financial burden, because the activity monitors you'll use become your personal trainer, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. During your weekly phone coaching session, your Fitness By Phone® coach will review what you've done that week and set up new, specific goals for you to achieve in the upcoming week.
