Tiffany's Coaching Philosophy and Ideology

I have a passion for teaching, in all it's forms. My clients often refer to me as The Motivator and say that I'm able to explain complex physiology in entertaining, easy-to-understand terms. When I am working with a client or teaching a class, all my concerns and worldly worries vanish and time flies by! Over the past 15 years, I've coached hundreds of individuals, including young and old, both genders, pregnant women, athletes, and the very sedentary. I offer several programs and services to help people reach their goals: Conventional Personal Fitness Coaching, Fitness By Phone® Coaching, Nutrition Counseling, Teleclasses, Body Fat % Test, Grocery Shopping Consulting and Running Groups.

My intention is to turn as many clients as possible into self-sufficient exercisers. I make this clear at the beginning of the relationship, and yet, those who become capable of doing independently what I've taught them can certainly continue to work with me if they choose to. Some of my clients have worked with me for years because they simply enjoy our sessions together and there is always more they can learn from me. I enjoy helping my clients and students discover the empowerment of making healthy choices each day, and celebrating their ability to achieve their aspirations.

One of my mottos is "Sooner is better," so I conduct an in-depth interview with my new clients, which asks them about their entire health, medical, exercise and nutrition background. I love to hear it all! My clients are then expected to provide any pertinent information about their lifestyle habits throughout our coaching relationship; I value and rely upon their input as an integral component of the attainment of their goals.

Continuing education is essential to my natural curiosity about all things health-related. Therefore, I make ample time in my schedule to read, research, and successfully complete various coursework, year-round.

A dynamic staminac myself, I practice what I preach -- teaching fitness classes, resistance training, running, dancing, tumbling, flying trapeze and skating.

“I really can put the icing on your cake!”
